Political relations

Bilateral relations are not significantly developed.

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia Nikola Selaković met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Iceland Tordis Kolbrun R. Gilfadotir on the sidelines of the 132. session of the Comittee of Ministers of Council of Europe in Turin on 20 May 2022.

Economic relations

In the period January- April 2022 trade amounted to 2,13  million euros (exports 1,03 million euros, and imports 95 thousand euros). In 2021, trade amounted to 3,13 million euros (exports 2,53 million euros, and imports 0.604 million euros). In 2020, trade amounted to 3 mil. euros (exports 2.24 million euros, and imports 0.65 million euros).

Bilateral agreements

Two bilateral agreements are in force - the Agreement on Agriculture and the Free Trade Agreement between Serbia and EFTA, 16 June 2020.
