Political Relations
Bilateral relations between Serbia and Poland are traditionally good. The dynamics of political dialogue were enhanced by the visit of Prime Minister of Poland Donald Tusk to Belgrade on October 23–24, 2024, during which he met with then-President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić and then-Prime Minister Miloš Vučević, while the Serbia–Poland Business Forum was also held. Shortly thereafter, on October 29, 2024, bilateral consultations between the two ministries of foreign affairs in the field of security policy were held. Minister of Foreign Affairs Marko Đurić attended the commemoration marking the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp on January 27, 2025, and on May 8 of the same year, he participated in an informal dinner of EU and candidate country foreign ministers in Warsaw, within the framework of the Polish Presidency of the Council of the EU. Among the visits from Poland, the visit of Prime Minister Donald Tusk to Belgrade stands out, while then-Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau visited Serbia on July 12, 2022, in his capacity as OSCE Chairman-in-Office. Earlier significant visits include the stay of then-Foreign Minister of Poland Jacek Czaputowicz in Serbia on June 13, 2018, as well as the bilateral visit of then-Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Nikola Selaković to Warsaw on June 10–11, 2021.

Economic Relations
Poland is an important foreign trade partner of the Republic of Serbia, with total trade in goods in 2025 reaching €2.42 billion, while total trade in goods and services surpassed €2.73 billion. Serbia achieved exports of goods and services to Poland valued at over €1 billion, while a deficit of €567.4 million was recorded in trade in goods. In the period from January to June 2026, trade in goods reached €1.29 billion, with Serbian exports growing by 7.1%. Investment cooperation remains below its available potential: the cumulative inflow of Polish foreign direct investments to Serbia in the 2010–2025 period amounted to €172 million, while according to data from the Development Agency of Serbia, Polish companies operating in Serbia have invested approximately €333 million and employ around 1,800 workers. The Serbia–Poland Business Forum, held in Belgrade in November 2024, contributed to strengthening economic ties between the two countries. Prospective areas for further cooperation include energy and renewable energy sources, mining, green technologies, electromobility and battery production, innovation, new technologies, and the defense industry.
