Political relations
Political relations are traditionally good and based on partnership.
Then First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dačić paid an official visit to the Republic of Togo on 18 and 19 May 2019, during which he held meetings with President Faure Gnassingbé and Minister of Foreign Affairs Robert Dussey.
On the sidelines of the 74th session of the United Nations General Assembly, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dačić held a bilateral meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Togo in September 2019.
Minister of Foreign Affairs Robert Dussey visited the Republic of Serbia from 15 to 18 January 2023.
Economic relations
In the period from January to August 2026, only Serbian exports to Togo were recorded, amounting to USD 1,132,000.
In 2025, total foreign trade amounted to USD 3,847,000, with Serbian exports accounting for just USD 42,000 and imports for USD 3,805,000.
