Relations between Serbia and the Kyrgyz Republic are good and friendly, with no open issues. Both sides express an interest in exchanging visits and more frequent meetings between the officials of the two countries.
The then Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic E.Abdildayev paid an official visit to Belgrade on 4−5 December 2017.

The plan is to sign several inter-governmental agreements with the Kyrgyz side in future. It is necessary to form a contractual legal basis, given that only two bilateral agreements have been signed so far:
Agreement on the abolition of visas for diplomatic and official travel documents, and Agreement on the abolition of visas for ordinary travel documents.
