ENTRY REGIME FOR CITIZENS OF THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Citizens of the Republic of Serbia may not enter or transit through the territory of Palestine.
ENTERING AND LEAVING THE COUNTRY
Israel has complete control over the crossings to the West Bank, not including improvised checkpoint towards Jericho, where vehicles are inspected by members of the Palestinian security forces.
When crossing to the West Bank, there is almost no control of travel documents. In turn, there is a very strict control upon return to Israel, performed by the Israeli army.
The Rafah border crossing (the only crossing outside the territory of Israel) is controlled by Egypt, which controls the movement of people and goods and unilaterally determines working hours and passability.
Administrative matters related to the stay on the territory of Palestine, such as the residence permit, are the responsibility of the Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories, a unit within the Israeli Ministry of Defence.
Palestine is unable to implement a visa policy towards other countries since Israel is responsible for crossings to the West Bank territory, as this territory can be reached exclusively through the Israeli territory, and Egypt controls the crossings to the Gaza Strip.
SOCIAL SECURITY AGREEMENT
No social security agreement has been concluded.
